New 1”1/4 modular plastic manifold

Made of PA 6.6 GF30%, light and corrosion-free, with a 40 mm internal diameter, integrated filter and modules that assemble on site.

Simplex Hydronic Technology unveils the new 1”1/4 modular plastic manifold, an innovation designed entirely in Italy for the radiant heating and cooling sector.

Traditional metal manifolds, though widespread, have several drawbacks: high weight that complicates transport and installation, corrosion risk with aggressive fluids, greater rigidity that limits customisation and higher production costs reflected in the final price.

Our 1”1/4 modular plastic manifold overcomes these limits. Made of PA 6.6 GF30%, a high-performance material with 30% glass fibre, it offers mechanical and thermal resistance comparable to metal models, with the advantage of being lighter and easier to handle.

Unlike brass or steel manifolds, the plastic model fears neither oxidation nor corrosion, ensuring durability and reliability over time even in demanding conditions.

Each module can be assembled to suit the system's needs, both at design stage and directly on site thanks to a dedicated torque wrench, minimising warehouse stock and adapting the configuration to every installation.

Thanks to the 40 mm internal diameter, the manifold ensures constant, optimal flow, improving energy efficiency and the performance of underfloor, wall and ceiling radiant systems, and it features an exclusive internal filter that purifies the fluid and protects the system over time. The accessory head can be customised on request.

The Simplex modular plastic manifold is a revolution for the radiant heating and cooling sector, combining the advantages of plastic with the performance professionals demand.
