Polymer underfloor heating manifolds

The modular 3+2 polymer manifold version 2.0 was created as a variant of the standard manifold towards the end of 2025. Made of high-performance engineering polymer, it incorporates two fundamental features, namely the connection between the modules and the full integration of the fill and drain valve inside the end-cap module.

Modular plastic manifolds for radiant heating and cooling systems are a fundamental component of these systems, designed to distribute in an efficient and controllable way the heat or cooling generated by the thermal energy source through the floor, walls or ceiling of a building.

The polymer manifold was created in 2023 thanks to Davide Munao's idea of developing an innovative product that could address all the criticisms installers had when using these products. This manifold is designed to be modular 3+2 and fully customisable on request.

It can in fact be produced in different configurations on request, right down to fully customisable box packaging.

We wanted a manifold of extreme reliability at a price sustainable for the European market of the system builders who are our only customers and to whom we address ourselves.

This manifold with a 1"1/4 inlet was designed to be managed as single modules coupled to each other by torque screws.

The manifold is equipped with a filling system, an integrated automatic air vent valve, flow meters and thermostatic-ready M30x1.5 valve inserts. Fitted with an internal air chamber and a useful internal passage of 43 mm, it is ideal for wall and ceiling radiant systems as well as for underfloor ones or for the industrial sector.

Every manifold is highly customisable according to your own needs.
