New Simplex flow meters range 2026

In 2026 the new range of Simplex Hydronic Technology flow meters takes shape, a project born from field experience and the will to overcome the limits of traditional flow meters.

The new flow meters have been completely rethought and engineered to improve instant flow readability and solve a well-known issue in the sector: the continuous flooding of the sight-glass which, over time, leads to dirt, deposits and blackening, especially with particularly impure water.

The new range uses premium materials such as PA 12 and PA66 GF30%, with EPDM 70 Sh gaskets and o-rings, for greater impact resistance, operational reliability and durability. The internal volumes have been designed to favour a more stable fluid distribution, reduce turbulence and ensure constant, precise measurements even after years of operation.

Simplex flow meters fit any manifold on the market, in stainless steel, brass or plastic, thanks to numerous dimensional variants, and offer wide customisation, with dedicated spaces for logos and management of body and ring colours on request.

Completing the system: a full family of adjustment and lock rings, 4 new transparent sight-glasses (square, hexagonal, oval and round) and 6 different red lock-ring designs available on request, developed to suit each customer's design needs.

This way every partner can have a flow meter fully dedicated to its application, customised with a Simplex design and, if required, its own colour and reading scale.

All flow meters are available in l/min, gpm/l-min or with a min-max flow scale. Every detail has been designed to make the flow meter not just a component, but a true strategic element of the manifold.

This new range broadens the Simplex product horizon and marks a further step forward in designing ever more precise and durable radiant-system components.
