Simplex Hydronic Technology presents the new range of stainless steel manifolds with push-fit quick connection.

A quick fitting born from more than twenty years of experience: thanks to the double internal sealing o-ring it guarantees maximum reliability even under strong lateral loads.

The internal o-rings are made of EPDM PEROX 70Sh and offer maximum resistance to temperature and deformation thanks to the compression set of our compound.

With our solution the pipe is inserted into the fitting with the greatest ease, and it can be removed just as easily with a “click”.

The push-fit range is designed for on-site maintenance without any tools: simply press and pull out the pipe after hearing the “click”.

A concentrate of technology for every OEM company that wants to take a step forward in installation, optimising assembly times and generating cost savings: this solution is significantly cheaper than the classic Euroconus connection.

The range is available today for PEX-PERT 16×2, 17×2 and 20×2 pipes, with the option to develop sizes not yet in the catalogue.

The heart of the fitting is the CLICK system: a mechanical lock and release designed for a fast and stable connection.
