Introducing the new modular manifold 2.0

There is a moment, in the work of those who design hydronic technology, when experience meets innovation. From that meeting comes the new Simplex Hydronic Technology modular manifold 2.0, built for those who want reliability, order and absolute control inside their systems.

It all starts from a concrete need: to create a manifold as robust as the Simplex tradition, but smarter, more practical and more complete, with accessories adaptable to needs, full plastic or full brass (flow meters and M30x1.5 valve bodies).

The result is the new modular manifold 2.0, with an external polyamide body and nickel-plated brass internals, designed entirely in Italy.

Every detail is engineered for maximum mechanical strength, perfect seal and hydraulic precision. All EK M3/4” fittings and F1” or F1”1/4 inlet connectors are made of brass, chosen to resist pressure, temperature and corrosion without deforming.

Behind the compact design lies a concentrate of efficiency: 1” and 1”1/4 connections and ¾” Euroconus outlets, compatible with the main underfloor, wall and ceiling radiant systems; maximum working pressure 6 bar; working temperature up to 90°C; a robust, corrosion-resistant bracket for stable, clean fixing.

Every element is calibrated to work in synergy, offering constant flow and precise hydraulic balancing, and is fully customisable in its accessories: all plastic, all brass or hybrid, with maximum flexibility on request.
